Guacamole-Avocado Salad

2 ripe avocados
1 ripe tomato, peeled
1/2 onion, diced (cubed)
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 diced green pepper (chilli)
1 tbs olive oil
salt, pepper, sweet paprika to taste


1.  Mash the tomato and avocados with a fork. Stir in remaining ingredients until well combined.



2.  Serve with warm tortillas, pita bread or wholemeal wraps.
